Chicago, Illinois, December 1961. I don't remember what show we saw here, but it was the beginning of my fascination with figure skating. I recall the headdresses the skaters wore.
I don't think this took place at the old Chicago Stadium; this might have been at the Shriner's auditorium, Medinah Temple. I recall riding around that building as Dad looked for parking.
