Just this afternoon, waiting my turn at a charming little store whose proprietor is mad about wool, I listened to a lengthy discourse about Norwegian knitting.
Norwegian knitting is what first got me started--in 1999--in color knitting. Although I focus primarily now on fair-isle pieces, I really enjoy knitting a "Dale" sweater every season. I'll post a photo or two of some Dales soon.
