This blog already features most of our "really old" family photos. Occasionally, I still find a gem to post, but the well is running dry. I sometimes ask relatives and friends if they'd be willing to share images from pre-war Lithuania or the Displaced-Persons era. Both my beloved Toronto Cousin and my dear friend, Kris, have provided images for the blog.

Probably Munich, Germany, about 1948 or 1949. A bishop and other Roman Catholic clergy oversee a confirmation ceremony at the Displaced Persons camp.
