A Closer Look (Part 84)
Palanga, Lithuania, about 1920. I know little about this gentle man, expect that he is a relative on my paternal Grandfather's side.
Here's the original post.

A Weak Fan
Lake of Bays, Ontario, Canada, July 1969. I am happy for the Cubs, even though I don't really follow baseball. I bought this hat at the Walgreen's in Winston Plaza. The friend with whom I was shopping chided me for making the purchase because she insisted I didn't know anything about baseball. Hey! The Cubs were doing well that summer, and I wanted to get into the fan spirit.

Tender
Near Erlangen, German, about 1944. By the time this woman—a medical-school classmate of my Mom's—gave Mom this snapshot, the woman's husband had long departed for the Eastern Front.

A Closer Look (Part 83)
PanemunÄ—lis, Lithuania, about 1902 to 1904. This is Bronislava. Bronislava was the wife of my Dad's paternal uncle Kazimieras. Bronislava was the mother of Henry and Vytas. That also makes her my Kaunas Cousin's Great-Grandmother.
Here's the original post.
