Last-Time-Together Reunion
Kaunas, Lithuania, Summer 1940. My uniformed, maternal Grandfather, Jake, and his brothers, Cody Jr. (left) and the Zigmas (center), stood for this snapshot on what turned out to be the last day the three would be together.
The family knew the visit was significant because folks took a series of photos on that same day.
