Opening Ceremonies

I had to look up where that is. That's really far south. I am surprised that such parades were possible at that time.

This was the 1948 Lithuanian Scouting Jamboree. UNRRA, in the American-occupied zone, encouraged these types of cultural activities. Click on the "scouting" label to see more.
