Let's Twist (Again)
My lifelong friend, Kris, was reviewing some of the older posts on the blog, and she paused on the "Twist" one.
She then sent this gem to me:
Suburban Chicago, December 1963. A group of kids from our suburban Lithuanian enclave staged a "Twist" floor show for the adults during another basement party. My friend Kris is the older girl behind me. I'm wearing that red velveteen jumper. And tights.
