Related by Marriage: Tank Instructor!
An ongoing source of humor in the family is the designation of Mr. Irene's Dad as a tank instructor during his stint in the U.S. Army.
When Mr. Irene's Dad was in the Army, he often sent annotated photographs of himself to his brother, Ignas.

Camp Pickett, Virginia, April 28, 1951. Mr. Irene's Dad trains as a tank instructor. He wrote, “Brother!! Well, here's your brother next to his tank, thinking about going for a drive."
