Panemunėlis, Lithuania, about 1902 to 1904. This is Charles ("Karolis"), the first husband of my paternal Grandfather Vytautas's paternal aunt, Stanislava. I posted the photo earlier here.
I have a relative who, when young, looked a lot like Charles.
