Hate to tell you, but most mothers have that ingrown lie detector (I think it starts growing at conception) that tells if you're sick or not.
And Mom's hand on your forehead was a more accurate diagnostic device than some electron microscope.
PS #3 is definitely true. The Blonde was visiting her youngest brother (wife is a nurse) and she watched as his younger son opened an anatomy book right to the page with all the female genitalia.
