Fascinating.It takes something like the phrase "Displaced Persons" to bring home just how massive an upheaval the World Wars really were.That was a common phrase when I was a kid and even in "Thunderball" (1965), SPECTRE's front was a charity for them.Luckily, the break up of the Warsaw Bloc didn't cause something similar.
