Music before Dinner
Suburban Chicago, December 25, 1964. Friends have arrived for Christmas dinner, and one of our guests entertains us before the meal. That fashion doll dressed in Lithuanian folkdress sits on the piano. (Recall that dressing dolls in folkdress is a cultural tradition.) Mom's sitting in the back, on the far right, ready to jump into the dining room when the meal is ready.
