Poodles are long lived. Gigi lived to be over 18, and Zule was 17 when she died. When Pupa died, she was 14, and we were shocked because ahe seemed young.
HB, irresistibly-named Baci! My Kepler (rescue/herding mix) is 9, and I'm hoping for similar poodle-like lifespan. The only dogs that he loves are poodles: does that help?
