There are ethnic Russians living in Lithuania, too.

Anonymous petition asks residents of Klaipėda "to approve the region's accession to the Russian Federation."

Yes--especially when one remembers that many ethnic Russians living in the former Soviet republics are descendants of those who'd been "imported" there after the USSR deported local residents.
