Cabbage Buns
Verona,
Wisconsin, September 2013. We love bacon
buns, and we make them often. Yesterday, we used a cabbage filling
instead of the traditional bacon one. The rolls reminded me of the cabbage
strudel my paternal Grandmother, Tatjana, baked.
