Schweinfurt, Germany, 1946. Officials from UNRRA congratulate a resident of the Displaced Persons camp. I don't know what occasion gave rise to the ceremony. This photo, however, rested among images from the cultural exhibit that My Dad's twin sister, Jonė, had saved.
