Hoilday Weekend

Near Kaunas, Lithuania, about 1936. Families often enjoyed boat rides along the Nemunas River. Here, Suzanne—the wife of my Dad's older cousin, Henry—holds her young daughter, Kaunas Nina, as the boat moves from shore. The woman talking to Suzanne probably is her sister, Valerie. I think the man holding the oars is my Dad's paternal uncle, Kazimieras.
