"Dalmatian" Creation
When
I read the word "Dalmatian," I usually think about the
"Dalmatian Coast." You'd expect "dog" to pop into my head
first, but there's a
reason why that isn't so.
When
I saw this
headline, I again thought about the geographical location.
When I saw the photos
that accompany the story, I thought, "Cruella
DeVille."

I guess you had to grow up in this country for Dalmatian to mean a dog.
It was either fire engines or Texaco.
